Getting Here
One can reach the Municipality of Cervantes by land. From Ninoy Aquino International Airport, take a taxi and proceed to any bus terminal in Manila or Quezon City bound for Baguio City and/or Northern Luzon with a fare ranges from P300.00 to P400.00. Cervantes could be reached from Manila in two (2)ways:

— One is by a 6-7 hour bus ride from Manila to San Fernando City, La Union with a fare of P370.00. From San Fernando City, there are available mini-buses, jeeps and vans (parked in front of Partas Station) going to Cervantes from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM with a fare of p160.00 from San Fernando to Cervantes and vice versa. It would take you for about three (3) hours trip through Tagudin-Cervantes Road. You could also opt to alight at Bitalag Junction at Tagudin, Ilocos Sur and wait for vehicles bound to Cervantes, which is now about two hours ride with the completion of the road development project. The fare from Tagudin would cost you P120.00.

— The other route is by Manila-Baguio route with a fare of P455.00. From Baguio City, you can take the Rising Sun Bus with daily trips starting at 6:30 AM with a fare of P180.00. This way is by the lengthy but reasonably wide Baguio-Cervantes road which is about five (5) hour trip. Said road is also being widened from Mankayan to Cervantes by China Harbour Engineering Company (CHEC).
